There will be many types of events from wine seminars, demonstration from celebrity chefs, kids event, food and cultural tours, and even parties. The events can range from $10-$300 but some are free so hurry sign up fast! I'm disappointed because the events I wanted to go to is already sold out sigh* And the best thing about this festival is that 100 percent of the proceeds raised will go directly to hunger relief programs such as the Food Bank for New York City and Share Our Strength.
This festival also features the Meatpacking Eats, it's like restaurant week but will offer the "Meatpacking Eats Menu":
Time: | Throughout the Weekend (October 9-12th, 2008)
Price: | Menu prices are determined by each restaurant
Location: | Participating Restaurant You must RSVP from restaurant directly
